Structure and Materials: It consists of three layers from the inside out: corundum ceramic, a transition layer, and steel. The ceramic layer is formed at temperatures above 2200°C into dense corundum porcelain (Al₂O₃), with a Mohs hardness of up to 9.0, equivalent to HRC above 90, featuring high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good thermal resistance. The role of the transition layer is to create a strong bond between the ceramic layer and the steel pipe. The outer steel pipe exhibits advantages of high strength, good toughness, impact resistance, and good weldability.
