The wear resistance is achieved through the high hardness and high wear resistance properties of ceramics. For example, in the centrifugal casting composite pipe, the 'self-propagating high-temperature synthesis - high-speed centrifugal technology' is utilized to form a ceramic layer and a transition layer at high temperatures and speeds; for the wear-resistant patch pipe, ceramic patches are adhered to the inner wall of the pipeline using high-temperature strong adhesive.Characteristics: Remarkably wear-resistant, over 20 times higher than carbon steel pipes; resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.Applications: Used in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, mining, coal, and chemical engineering for conveying abrasive granular materials such as sand, stone, coal powder, ash, and aluminum liquid, as well as corrosive media.
