Structure and Principle: The base layer is made of steel, while the cladding layer is made of nickel-based alloys (such as Hastelloy, Inconel, etc.). A specific composite process (such as explosion bonding, hot isostatic pressing) is used to firmly bond the two materials. The nickel-based alloy is alloyed with elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and tungsten, which gives it excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance properties. Characteristics: It performs exceptionally well in high-temperature, highly corrosive environments, resisting damage from a variety of aggressive corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid. Additionally, it has good oxidation resistance and creep resistance. Applications: Commonly used in the petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy industries under high-temperature and highly corrosive conditions, such as reactors and heat exchanger pipelines in refineries, and high-temperature, high-pressure steam pipelines in power plants.
